John Hardy leads composition workshops and masterclasses for A level students in conjunction with Sinfonia Cymru.

Students focused on 'A Soldier's Tale' by Stravinsky, learning about instruments involved in the piece, and working on composing their own work with guidance and feedback from John Hardy between October 2007 and February 2008. 

This culminated in a performance and recording of students' work by Sinfonia Cymru members.
